Even though breanne is totally involved in making my website a reality, i figured i would post a little sneak preview of what the new website is gonna look like. you know, just in case anyone (besides breanne) decides to read this.

obsession with diptychs

Having compiled/edited a ton of images for my website, i've realized i am a diptych fanatic. Maybe it's because I'm indecisive and can't choose between which of the two pictures is better.... or sometimes it's because the one image compliments the other so nicely...

Whatever it is, i can't get enough! The upcoming website is choc full of 'em.

I have a blog now. Yay!

Hello. I'm a first timer so don't hate.

I started this blog as a less formal extension of my website, picturebykellyc.com, which will be up and running as of next week (i hope). So in honor of breaking my blog "cherry", i'm going to  post my first pictures EVER... right here right now.

Here's some pictures of what I mailed off for my  grad school application portfolios, to CCA and SFAI.

I find out by mid march if I am accepted or not... please cross fingers for me and/or pray to whatever god(s) you believe in. ENJOY!
