hey hey. So i'm trying to get a group of people together who would be interested in renting a warehouse space downtown. The space could be used for the following: art studio space, gallery space, musical practice/performing space, bike building space, storage space, hang out space, etc.... I really want a place to have shows (art, music, etc) all the time, and not just once a month like the art walk. If we get enough people together, the fraction of the rent that we would all have to pay would be minimal, and we can generate money via small covers for shows and stuff.
